As part of our interior CGI service, we can produce a mood board for each space, based on a look/theme stipulated by our client, or suggested by us. This ensures everyone is on the same page from the outset and provides the opportunity to select furniture, accessories, artwork, colours, etc before we get too far into the 3d production. For these Shared Ownership apartments our client asked for a look based around the laid back style of Loaf.com furniture and as you can see, the final CGIs are very close to the mood board concepts, meaning a faster, more streamlined process, which avoided time consuming design revsions and made for a very happy client.
