A series of AVRs/Verified Views from key viewpoints in support of an Outline Planning Application for a proposed new settlement of 3,500 dwellings, 3 new schools, community and mixed use buildings, with associated environmental and infastructure works. We were tasked with showing how the proposed development would look at Year 1 and Year 15, as the landscape mitigation and new planting matured over time.
